Utah State Board of Education (USBE)
The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) contracted TVS Pro to upgrade their production studio with a control room that would broadcast/stream various meetings and trainings. The USBE had remodeled the space but TVS Pro upgraded their existing equipment and provided additional components for better productivity and utilization.
The USBE’s existing TriCaster was updated to a new model, the TC1Pro, to utilize its NDI capabilities in conjunction with several NewTek Sparks video converters for seamless video over IP. These were setup to be used with a new Sony PXWZ90 and Manfrotto tripod for a true broadcast capturing experience. TVS Pro also added a pair of TVs (65” in the studio for reference and a 75” in the control room) and a mobile TV on a cart. In addition, a Panasonic wireless mic system was implemented for better sound quality in their broadcasts and streams.
The rack equipment was installed in a cabinet with slideout racks that fit into the customer’s operating table in the control room.
