Luxury Whole Home AV

A client recently engaged TVS Pro to work beside their contractor, Robison Home Builders, in the design and construction of their luxurious new home. The client needed an easy to use home automation system that included lighting, audio, video, comfort, and surveillance. With over 60+ centralized dimmers, keypads, fan controllers, door locks, doorbells, a Panasonic iPro surveillance system, distributed audio and video, the overall project was a huge success.

To complete this project, the equipment we used for the video distribution was a centralized AVPro Edge MXNet system. For the audio portion, 13 audio zones were driven by Sonos amplifiers and Triad TSAMS16 audio matrices feeding Klipsch Reference professional speakers. The surveillance system consisted of the Panasonic iPro 48TB NVR with over 14 fixed and pan-tilt-zoom cameras. Sony Bravia XR flat panel displays, in several sizes, were installed throughout the home. All of these were put together with a robust backbone of 4 48p Ruckus 10G fiber network switches that were eloquently tied together with a complete Control4 Control System with 60 keypads and Touch Panel interfaces.

Key AV equipment:

  • Control4 Core 5
  • AVPro Edge equipment
  • Sonos Amps
  • Triad TSAMS16 audio matrixes
  • Klipsch professional series reference speakers
  • Sony Bravia XR flat panels
  • Panasonic iPro 48TB IP NVR Surveillance system
