For over 70 years, our team has been at the forefront of delivering professional audio and video solutions to businesses, government institutions, and higher education organizations across Utah. What began in 1953 as TV Specialists, founded by Ken Bollinger, was originally a repair and service business dedicated to the emerging world of television and electronics.
As technology evolved, so did we. In 2013, marking our 60th anniversary, TV Specialists, Inc. embraced a new identity—TVS Pro—a name that better reflected our expertise in professional AV equipment, system integration, and home video electronics. Our commitment to value, innovation, and excellence positioned us as a recognized leader in the industry, consistently earning spots on CE Pro’s top lists year after year.
Today, we embark on a new chapter as ClearVista. Is ClearVista the same company as TVS Pro or TV Specialists, Inc?
Yes, ClearVista is the evolution of TVS Pro and TV Specialists, Inc., continuing the same legacy of expertise in professional AV solutions with a renewed focus on seamless communication and collaboration. ClearVista, similar to TVS Pro is a DBA of TV Specialists. In other words, we are legally TV Specialists doing business as ClearVista.
Can I purchase product online?
Although we sell to the public, most of our products are not available online to sell. Due to some contracts, we are not allowed to sell, or even list some products online. However, for state and government purchasing and pricing we have special online portals. We are able to set up additional portals for those agencies who are integrated with Jaggaer/Sciquest.
Can I get a quote or a price on a product?
Most of our products and pricing isn’t available online, for best pricing, quantity discounts, and contract pricing, please call us during business hours at 801-486-5757 (M-F 9am-5pm) for a quicker response, or contact us through the form above.
Can TVS Pro order products that are not normally carried?
Yes, we can order many products we don’t stock regularly. In most cases we are able to order anything within the product lines or brands that we carry and have authorized access too. However, sometimes an extra cost is added or a delay in shipment might occur.
Do you offer repair services?
Although we were originally founded as a service/repair organization in 1953, due to the industry changes and the cost to repair AV equipment, we no longer repair or service products not purchased from ClearVista. We still provide support & service on products and systems we’ve sold.
Does ClearVista buy or sell used equipment?
No. However, we sometimes sell our showroom and demo models at a lower cost. Please call 1-800-486-5757 if interested.
